Admissions Process for Secondary Transfer – September 2025

Parents who wish to make an application for a Year 7 place at NBS to start in September 2025 must:

• Complete the NBS Supplementary Information Form 2025/26 (SIF) and send this with the supporting documents to the school for the attention of the Student Transition Coordinator, by the closing date of 31st October 2024. Please read the guidance notes carefully to assist you with submitting the correct supporting documents needed.
• Complete your Local Authority online application form, listing your chosen schools in your preferred order by the closing date of 31st October 2024 (The online application process opens 1st September 2024).

In-Year Admissions for Years 7 – 11 

Nicholas Breakspear is currently fully subscribed in all year groups, occasionally places become available. If you wish for your child to be placed on our Continued Interest list you will need to:

• Complete the NBS Supplementary Information Form (SIF) 2024/25 and the In Year Application Form 2024/25 and send both of these with all supporting documents to the school for the attention of the Student Transition Coordinator.
