Catholic Social Teaching in Action
Each half-term a Sixth Form class plans and delivers a Charitable event or an act of solidarity for the entire school community during Core RE.
They link the enterprise to the Catholic Social Teaching theme for the half term. They brief and lead the members of their house teams, in lower years, to engage the entire school community in their chosen initiatives.
The range of Charities supported is broad, from local enterprises such as the Borehamwood Food Bank and Emmaus St Albans to international charities such as Aid to the Church in Need and CAFOD.
