This week, we have started our Black History Month celebrations with Sixth Form led assemblies, where our Sixth Form students spoke to the rest of the school about this year's theme, 'Honouring Our Communities'. Students also learnt about inspirational black figures, including Walter Tull, Mavis Best and Dina Asher Smith, alongside some fantastic artwork created by our art students! Well done for leading these assemblies and helping us to celebrate, learn and reflect together as a school community #NBSproud #HonouringOurCommunities #BlackHistoryMonth @6thform_nbs

What a fantastic NBS Open Evening last night! Our students and staff were delighted to showcase everything NBS has to offer, and we hope everyone who visited had a brilliant evening. Nothing shows a community better than the people within it, and last night this was exemplified in every way. We are incredibly proud of our students and staff for making the evening such a special one. Thank you to everyone who came along - we hope to see you again soon! #NBSproud
